I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room had a great view of the castle, which was amazing, but the strange sticky soap was a downside. The service was mostly excellent, though there was an attempt to charge extra for parking. The location was perfect for exploring Brno, despite ongoing renovations. The dining options were superb, but there was some confusion with taxi bookings.

Staying at the executive floor was a great choice at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view of Spilberk. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to the city center and the park leading to the castle. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with visa application support.
